Pickup and payment
Choose a slot. Our executive checks the laptop at your door and pays you by UPI, bank or cash.
Before the executive arrives
- Back up anything you want to keep.
- Sign out of iCloud / Find My (Mac), your Microsoft account and Google accounts.
- Keep the charger, and the bill and box if you have them.
- Keep a government photo ID ready. We need it for the sale bill.
At your door
The executive checks that the laptop switches on, looks at the screen, keyboard, battery and body, and confirms the model. If everything matches what you told us, you get the offer amount on the spot. If something is different, they show you what they found and the new price. You can accept it or cancel for free.

We start from the current resale value of your exact model and configuration, then adjust for age, condition, screen, battery, keyboard, charger and whether you have the bill and box. The price you see online is based on what you tell us. Our executive checks the laptop at pickup to confirm it.
Yes. Doorstep pickup and the inspection are free anywhere we serve in Kolkata and nearby areas. You never pay anything to sell.
You choose a 2-hour slot while booking. Same-day pickup is often available if you book before 3 PM; otherwise pick any slot over the next few days.
On the spot, as soon as the executive has checked the laptop. We pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer.
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or driving licence) is required for the sale bill. The original purchase bill is optional, but it usually increases your price.
If the executive finds something you missed, such as a screen issue or a missing charger, they will show you and recalculate the price. You can accept the new price or cancel. There is no charge either way.
Yes. You can cancel any time before the laptop is handed over. Just reply on WhatsApp or call us.
Your final offer is held for 24 hours after you verify your number. Used-laptop prices change with the market, so after that we may need to re-check it.
Yes. Laptops that do not switch on, or have a broken screen or body, still have value for parts and repair. Choose the matching condition and you will see a price.
Please back up and sign out of your accounts (iCloud, Microsoft, Google) before pickup. After the sale, our technicians wipe the storage completely before the laptop is resold.
